Abstract

Abstract: The fish samples of Catla catla were collected from local markets of Nellore city from January to December 2017. In the present investigation the nutritional parameters of fish includes proteins, fats, moisture and ash contents were analyzed in powder sample (dry sample). The average percentages of the proteins, fats, moisture and ash contents were identified as 20.34±1.01, 1.69±0.29, 77.83±1.01, 1.0±0.09 respectively.
